- We ship most orders within 1 business day. We do our best to keep you updated on the status. Once your order has been shipped, your package should be delivered within 2-7 business days using our standard shipping method.

When you place an order with us at TouchRage.com, we ask you to provide information to complete your order by filling out and submitting an online form. This information includes your name, telephone number, billing/shipping address, e-mail address and credit card information. All information regarding our online customers is stored on a highly secured server. This information will never be sold or used for any purpose other than getting your order to you. - Returns & Replacements
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the product within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is returned in new, unused, and resalable condition inside its original packaging. All barcodes must remain on the packaging.
All products properly returned under this simple policy are eligible for a refund. Refunds will be made via an in-store credit or credit to the original method of payment. We will credit you for the total purchase price, upon receipt of the product, less any applicable restocking fees. A 15% restocking charge may apply to specifically noted products. Certain orders cannot be returned due to their uniqueness and/or personalization. Please see the page of the product you ordered to determine if the item is not eligible for return. Additional fees may apply if not returned in original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please note if you return a product that has free shipping our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Please keep in mind, banks and credit card companies vary in the time they take to post credits.
If you are returning a product that was originally purchased with a gift card or was given to you as a gift, you will receive an in-store credit as your refund. The in-store credit can be used for future purchases at TouchRage.com only.
If an item is sent back without an assigned RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) a 25% re-stocking may apply.
In the event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defective, please call us within 7 days and we will send you the correct product, replacement product, or replacement parts at no cost to you.

We recommend that you create an account, because you'll have access to many of our account features unavailable to those who checkout as a guest.

We accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card. Please be sure to give the exact billing address and phone number that your credit card company has on file for you. If the shipping address is different from the billing address, please specify this on the on-line order form or notify a sales representative. Please insure that all information is entered correctly; otherwise, your order will be delayed from 48 to 72 working hours for further verification. We reserve the right to cancel any order that is unable to be verified or processed.2. Cashier's Check & Money Order
Credit Card payments are preferred and allow for faster processing of your order but we also accept cashier's check, and money orders as payment. Please be aware that orders paid by this method will only be shipped once the funds have been verified and deposited into our accounts.3. Sales Tax
