If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date, (60 days when purchased between Nov 10th and Dec 24th).

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

Please note:

• Many of the consumer electronic products we sell are covered by manufacturer warranties as outlined, in detail, in the product documentation. If your purchased product is defective, the product will need to be returned to manufacturer for repair or replacement. Contact us if you need instructions on returning the product to the manufacturer.

• Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 30 days(60 days when purchased between Nov 10th and Dec 24th) of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
• The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
• The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
• Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
• Please keep in mind that your credit card company may take up to 15 business days to fully process the refund before it shows up on your statement.
