  • What Is Your Return Policy - If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will happily offer you an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt of goods provided the items are in the original box and condition.
  • How Do I Return an Item - Please contact us via the Contact US link below. You as the customer are responsible for all postage costs incurred when returning any items. We strongly recommend that you send your returns by registered post and retain proof of posting as we accept no responsibility for goods lost in transit. Please do allow 2-7 days for your package to reach us and up to 7 working days upon our receipt of your package for your refund to be completed. Please do remember to include a daytime contact number. We do not refund any postage costs. We do not issue refunds to a third party. We will not refund any good that have been damaged. 
  • What to do if there is a problem with my item - In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, we will refund / exchange / replace the item as soon as possible. In this case, we will be happy to refund the cost of returning the goods back to us.
  • What Are Your Processing and Delivery Times - Most orders are generally shipped the same day but can take up to 2 working days and should arrive from 1 - 3 days from the shipment date.
  • How long is the warranty on Touch Rage products - Unless otherwise listed, all products come with a 1 year warranty.
